Environment monitoring and control

  • The farm is deployed with temperature, humidity, wind vane and air quality sensors 24 hours for real time monitoring the livestock’s living environment

  • The air conditioner(heater, water sprinkler) , ventilation system will be triggered by the pre-configured conditions detected by the sensors

 

Animal activity monitoring with AI

  • The weight of the pigs is estimated and tracked by the AI on daily basis

  • Pig’s daily behavior, such as aggression, drinking, feeding, posture, nursing, laboring and etc. are monitored and analyzed by the AI. When the pre-defined abnormal behavior is detected, the owner will be notified by the system(cloud)

  • Deep body temperatures were monitored with an implanted radiotelemetry sensor from 2 to 4 days prepartum to approximately 12 days postpartum in sows. The real time temperature log can be tracked in real time and ease the burden of the farm owners

  • The number of counting of the for entire group, a specific group, or within a defined area

  • Automatic actions when it’s triggered by pre-configured condition or manually controlled by the farm owner for livestock protection

The sensors play a key role in the solution to monitor, colleting the environmental information for analysis and to trigger the actions. We've developed a wide range of sensors including but not limited to the followings:

Cloud & Motor Controller

The AI camera analyzed image results and sensors data are sent to the cloud, stored and may trigger the motor controller to take immediate actions automatically. 

Cloud

The cloud is default hosted in the US, but can be moved to the assigned location freely. Or it can be hosted in local server without internet access.
